Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Claims for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Only defective item(s) are subject to return. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Your card will be credited when Safety StoreFronts has received and processed your return, typically, within 7-10 business days after receipt of the item by Safety StoreFronts . Your credit card will be credited for the price of the product(s) and any taxes, excluding shipping costs. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records so please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Safety StoreFronts reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% of the returned item(s) retail price. Customized items are not eligible for return or refund. Please contact Customer Service at safetystorefronts@gmail.com to receive return authorization. Customer Service hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

 

Shipping Information

 

 

 

Orders from United States and Canada are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days, and shipped via UPS Ground or other selected carrier and service. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and shipped the following week. For expedited shipment (Next Day Air or Second Day Air) we will make every effort to process and ship your expedited order by the following business day after it is placed. Please note that we cannot guarantee all expedited orders will ship the following business day. Also note that we are not responsible for delayed shipments due to circumstances beyond our control. GRACE WARRANTY

Grace Industries, Inc. warrants, your product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Grace Industries will repair or replace at their option the entire unit free of charge. All warranty repairs require return authorization- prior to shipping, call or email for a RMA number.  Returns without  a proper RMA # will not be processed.

Send all returned merchandise, prepaid and accompanied by proof of purchase that states date and location of purchase to: Grace Industries Inc., 305 Bend Hill Road, Fredonia, PA 16124, U.S.A. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling. The product is warranted providing defect or damage was not due to repairs or parts replacement that were made or attempted by other than Grace Industries personnel. GRACE INDUSTRIES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE FAILURE OF THE DEVICE TO OPERATE.

The sole and exclusive remedy under all guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, strictly limited to the repair or replacement as herein provided. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO A PERIOD OF (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. The warranty and liability set forth in the prior paragraphs are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, in law or in fact, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
